Sri Lanka’s wildlife 8 Days (7Nights)
Day 01 
 
Our representatives will meet and greet you at the airport. You will then be transferred to your hotel in Negombo which is the vibrant coastal city, which happens to be ideal for bird watching due to its many lagoons and canals. Here you will be taken to visit the Muthurajawella bird sanctuary. You will be transferred back to your hotel where you will spend the rest of the night. 
 
Day 02 
Today you will leave for Udawalawe, en-route visiting the elephant transit home in Udawalawe. Proceed to Udawalawe. You will be transferred to your hotel in Nuwara Eliya for you’re over night stay. 
 
Day 03 
Enjoy a jeep safari at Udawalawe National park. You will b e transferred back to your hotel where you will spend the night. 
 
Day 04 
Today you will be transferred to yala, where you will be welcomed with a special welcome at your campsite. You can settle down at your campsite, freshen up. Lunch will be served at the campsite. Evening leave to do a an evening jeep safari at the yala national park in block 01 by 4WD safari jeep. Return to your campsite for your dinner and overnight stay. 
 
Day 05 
Today you will leave the campsite very early in the morning to do an early morning jeep safari where you have more chances of witnessing leopards. You wil be returned back to your campsite where you can enjoy your breakfast, after the breakfast if you wish you can go for a brief nature walk around the camp area. Havind concluded your campsite experience you will be transferred to Beruwela where you will spend your overnight stay. 
 
Day 06 
Today you may choose to spend your day at the beach or hotel. If you wish you can visii thte kosgoda turtle hatchery ad return back to your hotel to enjoy the sun kissed beaches. You spend the rest of the night at the hotel in Beruwela. 
 
Day 08 
You will be transferred back to the airport in Colombo for your departure flight.

Day 01 
Our representatives will meet and greet you at the airport from where you will be transferred to Kandy. You will be taken to the most beautiful botanical garden on the island, the Peradenaiya botanical gardens. It is renowned for its collection of a variety of orchids The garden consists of more than 4000 species of plants, including of orchids spices, medicinal plants and palm trees. Indulge in the rich history and culture of Kandy by embarking on a city tour. You will also be taken to visit a bazaar, an arts and craft centre, a gem museum and lapidary where you may indulge in some shopping. Having concluded your city tour you will be transferred to you hotel in Kandy for rest and relaxation. The last event of the day will be to witness a beautiful cultural show. Day 02 
Today you will proceed to Sigiriya, a massive rock fortress which rises 600 feet from the green scrub jungle to accentuate the lucid blue of the sky. Built in the 5th century BC, it is one of the best architectural feats of the ancient world. Its key features being the frescos and its landscaped garden which is known to be Asia’s oldest surviving landscaped garden. Having concluded your tour of Sigiriya you will be transferred to your hotel in Dambulla for an overnight stay. 
 
Day 03 
Today you will visit the ancient city of Anuradhapura, established in 437 BC is the largest of Sri Lanka’s ancient cities of the cultural triangle. En route you will be able to witness the Aukana Buddha statue which was carved out of living rock in the 5th century BC. Followed by a visit to the Kalawewa Tank built in 400 AD. Here you will witness ruins of temples, dagobas and Buddha statutes. You will also visit “The Sri Maha Bodi” a giant Bo tree which was a sapling from the Bo tree underneath which Lord Buddha attained enlightenment. It is the most frequented Buddhist site of Anuradhapura. The fame of Anuradhapura spread as far as the ancient Hellenistic world and established diplomatic links with China. It was the royal seat to 25 Buddhist and Hindu kings and the preeminent city of the island for 1400 years. If there is sufficient time you will also visit Mihintale which is known to be the cradle of Buddhism. Then you will be transferred back to your hotel in where you will spend your night. 
 
Day 04 
Today you will visit the cave temple complex of Dambulla which is known to be one of the larges cave temples of south Asia. Here you will witness ancient rock paintings of Lord Buddha. An optional elephant ride can be enjoyed in Habarana. You will then be transferred to your hotel in Colombo where you can refresh yourself after which you will join a midday city tour of Colombo. The tour will give you a glimpse of Colombo’s architecture, art and culture. You will then be transferred back to your hotel at the conclusion of your city tour where you will spend the night.

You leave for the Pinnawala elephant orphanage a sanctuary for orphaned elephants, located in a vast span of lush greenery. Here you will be given an opportunity to feed the elephants during the feeding times, after which you will proceed to Sigiriya, a massive rock fortress which rises 600 feet from the green scrub jungle to accentuate the lucid blue of the sky. Here you will witness the famed monumental ruins of the famous garden city created by King Parakramabahu I in the 12th century and also the Brahmanic monuments build during the Chola invasion. The most significant being the Library Monastery, The Citadel and the palace complex and the Vatadage. Having concluded your tour of Polonnaruwa you will have the option of enjoying an elephant ride in Habarana and then depart for the Minneriya national park, where you will be taken on a jeep safari. The park consists of mixed evergreen forest and scrub areas and is home to Sri Lanka’s favorites such as the samba deer, leopards and elephants. However the central feature of the park is the ancient Minneriya Tank built in the 3rd century AD. You will then be transferred to your hotel in Dambulla. 
 
Day 05 
 
Today you will visit the cave temple complex of Dambulla which is known to be one of the larges cave temples of south Asia. Here you will witness ancient rock paintings of Lord Buddha. concluding the dambulla cave temple visit you will proceed to the beautiful central highlands of Kandy. En route to Kandy you will visit a spice garden. Indulge in the rich history and culture of Kandy by embarking on a city tour. You will also be taken to visit a bazaar, an arts and craft center, a gem museum and lapidary where you may indulge in some shopping. Today you will be taken to the most beautiful botanical garden in the island, the Peradenaiya botanical gardens. It is renowned for its collection of a variety of orchids. The garden consists of more than 4000 species of plants, including of orchids, spices, medicinal plants and palm trees. having concluded your visit to the botanical gardens you will journey to the breathtaking mountainous region of Nuwara-Eliya which is considered to be the most important location for tea production in the island. Here you will visit a tea plantation and a tea factory, after which you will be transferred to your hotel where you can relax and spend the night. 
 
Day 07 
 
Today you will depart for the beautiful coastal city of Bentota. You will be transferred to your hotel for your stay. 
 
Day 08 
 
Arrive in Bentota and spend a relaxing day of fun in the sun in this beautiful coastal region. After the Botanical Garden Visit you will depart for the cooler highlands of Nuwara-Eliya by train. Day 09 
Today you can do a hike at Horton plains national park, the coldest and windiest location on the island, which contains breath taking landscapes and is important for conservation purposes. The park contains a bounty of endangered species of flora and fauna, and furthermore some of them are confined to the highlands of the island. Here you will be able to witness amazing landscapes, interspersed with rocky outcrops and beautiful lakes, many types of bird, animals and flowers. You will then be transferred back to your hotel where you will spend the rest of the day at leisure or you could do a brief city tour and do a tea plantain and factory Visit. Today you will leave to do a hike at the Little adams peak which is also knows as “Punchi Sri Pada” is another name for this peak. It is 1141 m in height. Little Adam’s Peak attracts many travelers who come to Sri Lanka. Gradually with an easy hike up to the mountain of Little Adams Peak you can consummation a worth panoramic view. You have to walk through lush green tea plantations, waterfalls and paddy fields while enjoying the sceneries. It will be priceless if you could visit the place in the morning when the clouds roll in. Further places like Little Adams Peak deliberates ‘How far Sri Lanka is worth and rich with beautiful natural destinations of Sri Lankan tourism’. It will feel like a neck exercise for the visitors as you have to rotate your body to seek the views outstanding for 360 degrees.Concluding your hike you will proceed to visit The Ravana Ella (Ravana Falls) is one of the most popular sightseeing spots in Sri Lanka. This popular falls has its roots connected to the famous Indian epic, the Ramayana. The Ravana Ella (Ravana Falls) has been named after the brawny daemon, Ravana. According to the epic, it is said that after kidnapping Sita, Ravana, the king of Sri Lanka had hidden her at the caves behind this waterfall. The cave came to be known as Ravana Ella cave. The place was at that time thick afforested region in the midst of wilderness. It is believed that Rama’s queen wandered around this place while she was confined. She also bathed in a pool that accumulated the water falling from these Ravana Falls.Concluding your visits return back to your hotel and relax. 
 
Day 12 
 
Today you will leave for Sri Lanka’s most prominent national park of Yala. The park is home to elephants, leopards, bears, monkeys, peacocks, crocodiles, samba deer and wild bore. The area consists of shrub, grassy plains, light forests, and lagoons. Although it isn’t an African safari experience Yala is a must do on this island. After your safari you will be transferred back to your hotel for an over night stay. 
 
Day 13 
Today you will be transferred to the beautiful coastal city of Galle. Once you arrive in Galle you will be taken on a city tour. The area still retains much of its old world charm of the colonial period. The coast is lines with lovely boutique hotels, restaurants, bars and cafes. The Galle fort is the absolute treat of Galle. Take a stroll down its old pebble stoned alleys lines with colonial style buildings and houses most of which have been transformed into boutique hotels, restaurant and souvenir shops. Having concluded your city tour you will be transferred to your hotel in Galle where you will spend the rest of the night. 
 
Day 14 
Today you will have the entire day to spend at leisure places at surround the Bentota and Hikkaduwa.The Ecology boat tour in Madu Ganaga and visit at beautiful Corel garden in Hikkaduwa. Also will enjoy with multi type of water sports at Bentota.  
 
Day 15 
Today you will leave for the Galle railway station for your departure train to Colombo. You will be transferred from the Colombo Railway station to your hotel in Colombo for an overnight stay.
